restore, repair or renovate older pools. We also offer a complete cleaning and maintenance service with our weekly pool service. For new home buyers, we do pool inspections. These inspections are provided by qualified professionals.
We provide custom attention for all of your pool needs from installation through maintenance. You will receive the personal attention that you deserve. John A. Giuliani & Son Inc. will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to winterize any pool. Summerizing includes any or all of the following:

Remove pool cover and store on your property. (Pumping of water and leaves from solid cover prior to removal will be done at an hourly rate.)

Reconnect motors, filter, and heater. Install deck equipment and summerize pool. Reconnect and start pool cleaner and adjust operation.

Clean burner tray and heat exchanger and start pool heater.

Remove grids of diatomaceous earth filter and clean and replace. (If this was done when the pool was winterized, then it is not necessary during the opening.)

Powerwash copings and deck.

Start filtering system and chemically balance pool water

Drain and acid wash pool

Summerizing does not include the cost of pool chemicals if needed.
